The grill has been designed to be used as a Santa Maria, with fire under the grill or hotplate, or as an Argentinian Grill, with embers generated from wood or charcoal in the ember generator. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere are grill cradle is lowered and raised by an easy to use front mounted handle. In an industry first at this price point the cradle is lifted in for points, which ensures it is incredibly stable at all heights. The cradle has 5 'areas', in each you can place a round grill, hot plate, or position the ember generator. Above each area on the frame above is center bars that can be used for hanging cuts. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe total cooking area is a massive 1050 x 450mm which will have you cooking for as many guests as you want.
